İik yıl (1969) elde edilen sonuçlara göre, talie verimleri yüksek 10 çeşit seçilerek 1970 ve 19-71 yıllarında kurulan makro verim denemesine almmıştır. Uç yıllık sonuçlara göre Erzurum'da, sulu koşu//arda, yazlık yulafin başarı ile yetiştirilebileceği kanaati hasıl olmuştur. Elde edilen tane verimlerine göre başla Garry x 1263 çeşidi olmak üzere Park Rodney-20, Garry ve Clinton 59 x Park çeşitleri en yüksek tane verimini vermiştir. SUMMARY MICRO AND MACRO YlELD TRAILS WITH THE SPRlNG OATS UNDER IRRIGATED COND(TIONS Yield trials were eondueted at rnicro and macro levels with 22 and lO U.S.A. varieties, respectively. The trails were set up at the Agricultura] Reseacrh Institude of Atatürk Üniversity, Erzurum in 1969-71 in order to determine the highyielding v,arieties a:nd their resistance to disease. Three fertili~er levels (0-0-0; 5-5-0, 5+5-5-0) were introduced into the macroyield trials. A randomiz.ed compIete block designe, for micro yield trail, and a split-plot designe in randozimed block were used for macro yield trails with four repHcations. Oat varieties were tested on day-loam soils undu irrigated conditions. In macro trails, fertilizer treatments were assigned to the main plots and the varieties to the sub-plots. The highest yields were obtained from Garry x 1263, Park Rodney 20, Garry, and Clinton 59 x Park varieties which gaye 526.7,421.1,411.1, and 410.3 kg grain per decar. The lowest yields were 373.5, 378,0, and 410.3 kg at Rodrey x Cody, Clintford, and Pur. 5328 A3-4P-2 Clintford varİeties.
