Abstract :Vocational schools are very important in providing qualified staff to businesses in Turkey. The aim of this study was to determine the individual career planning and future expectations of the students of Afyon Kocatepe University, Department of Laboratory and Veterinary Health Vocational School. The survey is performed on vocational schools resident in three districts, Bayat, Emirdağ and Şuhut, under the roof of Kocatepe University. In this context, although survey questions were sent to all students studying in these schools, 278 students who answered the survey constitute the sample of the study. As a result, no significant relationship was found between the education level, employment status and number of siblings of Vocational School students and their career planning decisions and occupational anxiety levels. This situation is accepted as an indicator that the career planning and anxiety levels of Generation Z students are low. It is thought that this study will shed light on future studies and it will be useful to repeat and further elaborate these studies with students studying in different departments. Keywords : Meslek Yüksek Okulları, Meslek Yüksek Okulları Sorunları, Kişisel Kariyer Planlaması, Z Kuşağı, Gelecek Kaygısı.
