Content and construct, internal consistency reliability, item-total correlations and Split-Half Method reliability were analyzed in order to determine the psychometric properties of the survey. Results: As a result of the factor analysis, it was determined that the pregnancy symptom inventory is one factor as it is in the original. The internal consistency coefficient Cronbach’s α was found to be 0.82 and item-total correlations ranged from 0.13 to 0.45. Split-Half Method correlation coefficient was 0.72.Conclusion: The psychometric analyses of the Turkish version of the Pregnancy Symptoms Inventory indicated reliability and validity for measuring pregnancy symptoms in Turkish pregnant womenKeywords : Pregnancy symptom, pregnancy complaints, inventory, reliability, validity
