Abstract :Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the moral sensitivities of midwives and to determine the individual values and other variables affecting their moral sensitivities. Method: In this descriptive study, we tried to reach all the universe as a one sample or In this descriptive study, our sample represents the whole universe . The universe of the study included 150 midwives who had been working in the Sakarya Training and Research Hospital between February 2017 and December 2017, the sample of the study included 95 midwives. "Information Collection Form” which prepared by researchers, "Scale of Values Hierarchy SVH ” and "Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire MSQ ” were used to collect the data. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square, Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis test were used in the analysis of the data. Results: As a result of the analysis, it was determined that those who participated in the survey preferred the aesthetic value as the first value/one. MSQ total score was 87.89 and had moderate moral sensitivity.
