Abstract :Poorly controlled hypertension is one of the main causes of intracranial bleeding. The location of bleeding often gives a clue about the etiology. Hemispheric subcortical bleedings are not commonly associated with hypertension. İt is important that bleeding diathesis should be taken into consideration about etiology of patients with slit hemorrhage.
