Klinik Liderlik Ölçeğinin Türkçe Geçerlik Güvenilirlik Çalışması: Kamu Hastaneleri Örneği

Abstract :Objectives: The purpose of this study is to reintroduce the Clinical Leadership Scale to national and international literature by carrying out a Turkish validity and reliability study of clinical leadership scale and to lead future clinical leadership work. Materials-Methods: The "Clinical Leadership Competence Framework: self-assessment tool”, which was developed by England National Health Services within the scope of the Clinical Leadership Competence Framework model, and consists of Ş ve dimensions, 8 statements under each dimension with a total of 40 statements, was used. Firstly language and scope validations of scale were made in order to carry out the Turkish validity and reliability studies. The Turkish scale, which was formed in consequence of language and scope validities, was practiced on doctors and nurses serving in Ş ve state hospitals affi liated with Niğde Province State Hospitals Union General Secretary. Quantitative data obtained in consequence of this practice was evaluated Ş rstly on behalf of testing construct validity of scale, by using structural equation modeling and legitimacy tests which were carried out using those data. Results: The results showed that Clinical Leadership’s Turkish validity and reliability study had very well Ş t indices 2/sd=4,05; RMSA=0,077; SRMR=0,065; CFI=0,96; GFI=0,78; AGFI=0,75; NFI=0,94; NNFI=0,96; IFI=0,96; = 0,95; = 0,96; and constituted 5 dimensions and 40 questions.
