Abstract :Cornual pregnancy is a rare type of ectopic pregnacy, it has the highest mortality-morbidity among ectopic pregnancies. Since there is no optimal treatment stategy or consensus, there is only sharing of experiences with case or cases series reports. In this paper, a 21 year old woman, G:2, P:1, A:0 with right cornual pregnancy was presented. Although fetal cardiac activity was positive, two doses of methotrexate treatment were given since the patient wanted to preserve her fertility. There were no treatment complications. The aim of this paper was to discuss the diagnosis and treatment protocols of cornual pregnancy regarding this case
