Abstract :Silicosis is an occupational disease which causes the death of thousands of people around the world, which usually occurs as pneumoconiosis. A 50 years old patient with a neck mass, admitted to our hospital. Radiological examinations of patient, lung parenchyma to be completely normal. However, the patient had multiple cervical and mediastinal lympadenopathies. On light microscopic examination, of the material of from patient’s lymph node revealed, non-caseating granülomas and on polarized light microscope birefringent silica particles were seen on polarized light microscope examination were observed. Although Silicosis is a common occupational disease, cases followed without any radiological involvement of the lungs are very rareKeywords : lymphoma, silicosis, pneumoconiosis
