Abstract :Mobbing can be defined as emotional abuse in the workplace. Mobbing acts are not mostly particular type of apparent bullying. It begins when an individual becomes the target of disrespectful and harmful behavior. A hostile environment is created in which one individual gathers others to participate in continuous actions to force a person out of the workplace. Mobbing is typically found in work environments that have poorly organized and mostly victims are usually individuals who demonstrated intelligence, competence and creativity. In this article mobbing has been discussed in all aspects with peer review of the literatures including cases and law regulations in our country which is a new concept for us.Keywords : Mobbing, psychological abuse, abuse in workplace
