Abstract :Dentoalveolar trauma is a very common event in children. Dental trauma to a child’s anterior teeth requires emergency treatment. Intrusion refers to the displacement of the tooth apically into the alveolar bone, resulting from a trauma. This type of injury usually involves maxillary teeth and is associated with severe pulpal and periodontal damage. Treatment and prognosis of traumatically intruded teeth can vary depending on the age of the patient, type of dentition, stage of root development and severity of the trauma. In these case reports, two different treatment approaches, two boys who are 6 and 10 years olds had completely intruded maxillary incisors due to trauma, are presented. In conclusion, the treament plan of intruded teeth must be multidisciplinary and firstly choose of conservative treatment must be remembered
