Abstract :Chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis Winkler’s Disease is an inflammatory, degenerative disease. It commonly affects the helix on white men over 50 years of age. While the etiology remains unknown, microvascular insufficiency is thought to contribute its occurrence. This non neoplastic lesion has high recurrence rate. Various methods have been used in the past. Surgery is recommended for treatment with reduced recurrence rate nowadays. Many of the physicians are not familiar with its clinical progression, treatment modes. 39 years old man with a tender ear lesion is presented in this article.
