Abstract :Tuberculosis is a common infectious disease. Nasopharnygeal involvement is a rare finding. Nasopharyngeal tuberculosis symptoms and findings have some common features with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. For this reason, patients presenting with symptoms of cervical lympadenopathy, unilateral hearing loss and nasal obstruction with a nasopharyngeal mass on endoscopy should be evaluated for tuberculosis in regions where tuberculosis is endemic. Nasopharyngeal MRI and nasopharyngeal biopsies are mandatory for a definitive diagnosis.
