Abstract :Charcot’s Arthropathy is a chronic, progressive, and destructive joint disease which develops due to diminishing of sensorial joint innervation. Although it is frequently seen in various disorders, particularly of diabetus mellitus, this condition has been rarely reported in pediatric patients. Based on history, physical examination, and radiological studies, a 13-year-old girl was diagnosed as having Charcot arthropaty on her right foot. A short leg cast was applied and the patient was not allowed for weight-bearing for a period of 6 weeks. A signifi cant clinical recovery was achieved following conservative treatment, which maintained during the followup periodKeywords : pediatrics, charcot arthropaty, conservative treatment
