Conclusion: It has been determined that the irregular change in daily dietary intake may lead to an increase in the rate of fat in the body for the future, to adversely affect the level of PMS. It is recommended to observe the effect of the process with qualitative / quantitative studies to be conducted for the factors affecting PMS after the pandemic. Keywords : Premenstrual syndrome, COVID19, Pandemic
