Abstract :The basis of Ziya Gökalp's systematic thoughts about  economy is established on "French Solidarism" and Friedrich  List's "National Economy System". Gökalp has reinterpreted  these two approaches in relation to Turkey reality, the cultural  values of the Turkish society and belief system.
