Abstract :Y. Doğan Çetinkaya’s The Young Turks and the Boycott Movement. Nationalism, Protest and the Working Classes in the Formation of Modern Turkey, is among the recent studies that address the rise of Turkish nationalism in the late Ottoman Empire.
