Abstract :We classify semisymmetric contact metric manifolds $M^{2n+1}(\varphi, \xi, \eta, g),~n\geq2$ with $\xi$-parallel tensor $h$, where $2h$ denotes the Lie derivative of the structure tensor $\varphi$ in the direction of the characteristic vector field $\xi$.
