Abstract :On the connection of the Kırcali (Gırcalı) sub-dialect with the dialect of Western Anatolia -based on the data of the present tense suffix of Meninski- Adamovic firstly drew attention. According to the available data, the Western-Anatolian region is not far from the dialects of the middle Deliorman Region. As an example, we can show Edirne-Dağlı dialect, which is located at the dialect of East-Rumelia region. For example: {-(I)vAr(I)} which is shown as an present tense suffix. In this study, on the basis of Kırcali (Kardzhali) Dialect, the connection of Eastern Rumeli Dialect with Western Anatolian Dialect will be compared with certain language criteria and common elements will be revealed.
