Abstract :CrossFit training models considering sedentary women have not been sufficiently examined. This study aims to examine the effects of the 16-week CrossFit Cindy training model on some physical and physiological fitness parameters. Participants are chosen among sedentary women who are members of a sports center. Fifteen healthy, sedentary women (average of age 39.87±8.21 years, height average 164.07±9.16 cm, body weight average 87.40±12.05 kg, and BMI average 30.71±4.79 kg/m2) who are members of a sports center voluntarily participated in this study. Participants were given CrossFit training (Cindy Model) for 90 minutes a day, 4 days a week for 16 weeks. Participants' body composition, cardiovascular fitness and physical physiological fitness parameters were measured at the beginning and at the end of the exercise period. For the analysis of the data obtained, SPSS 23 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA) was used. Paired Sample T Test was used in the analysis of all parameters. Statistical significance was accepted as p< 0.05. Positive changes were observed in long-term regular CrossFit Cindy model training among sedentary women in terms of body composition, resting heart rate, strength and flexibility values (p<0.05). It can be concluded that CrossFit Cindy model training for 90 minutes, 4 days a week for 16 weeks can be used as an alternative to the traditional training methods as it causes positive changes in the physical/physiological parameters of women. Keywords : crossfit, cindy method, complex training, anaerobıc training
