Abstract :In the world of gastronomy, the importance of street food is increasing day by day. Especially in culturally rich regions, street flavors appeal to the taste perception of local people and tourists. North Cyprus street flavors reflect the rich culinary culture of the region. Traditional cooking methods, the use of local ingredients, and the continuation of cultural heritage help to preserve and enrich the authenticity of these flavors. Additionally, the wide range of flavors offered by street food caters to everyone\'s palate, providing options suitable for all tastes. North Cyprus street flavors have been traditionally produced for centuries and have been carried through to the present day, holding significant importance both culturally and in terms of tourism. This study aims to focus on the importance of North Cyprus street flavors using a descriptive research model, highlighting the cultural and tourism significance of these flavors. Additionally, it aims to preserve and document forgotten or overlooked traditional street foods and beverages belonging to Cypriot culture, as part of the intangible cultural heritage, and to pass them on to future generations.Keywords : Gastronomy, Street Food, Northern Cyprus
