Abstract :The family is a social institution, and as such, it can undergo structural transformations influenced by social changes. Throughout history, the structure, definition, and functioning of the family have shown variations. The transformation of the family, guided by natural law principles and defined through religion and traditions, can occur based on the choices made by family members over time. Additionally, the family serves the function of transmitting material and spiritual values from one generation to another. When evaluating the family within this context, it becomes essential to consider its historical development. This research aims to explore the factors that influence the transformation of the family structure, particularly the aspects of natural law and positive law. The study delves into the historical context of sexual violence within the family. One of the problematic aspects of sexual violence within the family is the preservation of secrecy and privacy surrounding these issues. The impact of natural law principles on the confidentiality and privacy of the family can be observed in such cases. The objective of this research is to provide insights into the social change and transformation of the family, considering it as a social institution, and to offer information that supports the resolution of sexual abuse within the family. Addressing the issue of sexual abuse towards children within the family requires first recognizing its existence. In this regard, a school social service model is proposed in this study, and an evaluation is conducted on how this model would function and be implemented.
