Abstract :The aim of this study is to investigate global B2C and B2B healthcare industry practices. With investment and increasing user momentum, a new class of health portals is set to offering content, commerce and utility applications for online consumers. B2C e-commerce players were launched with the goal of providing consumers with information, expert advice, community and shopping on the Web. On the other side, the health çare providers are today very clear about their needs and expectations. B2B e-commerce players provide them products and innovative cost management Services.
