Abstract :Because of not enough to know the distinction between the direct and the indirect expetıses, we always feel our selves troubled Knowing well the taxe legislation is not always enough to make such an important classifıcation. The aim of this subject is to make clear which seerns hard to distinct. In an other word, making easy what we hope diffıcult from the view angle of different authers.
