Abstract :Individuals are expected to have multiple skills in order to be successful participants in the society of the future. This expectation has also changed the understanding in the education-teaching process. Considering the changing needs in the changing world, it can be said that innovative practices should be developed in the learning-teaching processes in order to raise individuals equipped with the basic skills required in the 21st century. In order for these new methodological approaches to be learned and applied in the classroom, the curricula must be updated and the skills combined with these new methodological approaches must be included in these programs. In addition, teachers should support their students to acquire these skills.
