Abstract :This research paper aims to assess the knowledge sharing’s culture among managers in businesses. In order to achieve the research objective, a case study was conducted at CONDOR Electronics Company in Algeria, using a set of data collection tools, and the questionnaire survey as a principal tool in research, which was designed based on the research literature. The questionnaires were distributed among 120 managers, through a randomly sample, using the descriptive statistics and the multiple linear regression model to test the research hypotheses. The research results showed that the managers’ involvement in work, collaboration and collective work are the two main components, which shape the knowledge sharing culture at the company under study rather than the core values and mutual trust. Based on the analysis and the results of the present research paper, the researcher made a modest attempt to give practical suggestions that foster the knowledge sharing in business through a supportive organizational culture.
