Abstract :The world's population is growing exponentially. Therefore, the depletion of resources is on the horizon unless we take action. Governments, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and the Private sector around the world are preparing their efforts for a sustainable world. One of the most important tasks that the world is focusing on today is sustainable food to feed billions of people around the world. The purpose of this article is to analyze the current food production situation in Kazakhstan and review the country's readiness to combat food problems as the population continues to grow. In addition, we underline the implementation of some project management techniques in order to realize zero hunger indicators for sustainable competitive advantage. In addition, the UN Climate Change Conference (COP 26) was outlined as part of the climate solution, which is directly linked to food plantations.
