Abstract :With the industrialization, the amount of carbon in the atmosphere has increased. Today, global climate change is experienced due to the increasing carbon emission. In this study, Turkey’s global climate change policies on the role of climate change and the fight for its political stance regarding the scope of the ministry of combating climate change official that they have released documents, reports and the IPCC decided that they have released the NGOs was held to examine in the light. The main question of the study, to what extent Turkey also contributes to the global fight against climate change and how policies are implemented in the contribution of countries have provided? An answer to the problem was sought. In this study, Turkey’s fight against climate change Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and the pre-condition was investigated under two separate sections, namely after the case.
