Abstract :The rapid development and widespread use of automated technology have ushered in a tremendous digital transformation for humanity. This digital transformation, which affects every aspect of our lives, has begun to completely envelop and transform us, from our business practices to our customer relations and employer-employee relationships, and almost from our daily life to business. How does this shift influence the culture provided to all material and spiritual goods, whose societies are unique and which they pass on to future generations? The culture, which we may describe as the unique texture of societies, has brought us face to face with the concept of digital culture in a world that is increasingly becoming digitalized. In an increasingly digitalizing society, not only computers and mobile devices are undergoing change and transition, but also digital culture. Increasingly digitalizing societies through computers and mobile devices are changing and transitioning social engagement and communication contribute to cultural development and transformation. The internet, which entered our lives with the web 1.0 technology, the most primitive version of the internet, began to live in its second generation with web 2.0, leaving societies with a great deal of contact. There has been a significant deal of internet interaction in the digital world. Printed publications, novels, and newspapers have been replaced by texts containing 200 to 300 words in daily life. For example, social media tools such as digital discussion platforms, portals, Facebook, and Twitter have altered our daily reading habits, behavior models, and social interactions. Culture is defined as everything distinctive to societies and passed on materially and spiritually to future generations, growing more transnational and transnational. It has become more globalized and digitalized, and the uniqueness of culture as a defining trait of societies has begun to erode. It is probably inevitable that this interaction will shift to different dimensions in the metaverse world, also known as Web 3.0 and the future of the internet. Given that the sense of reality is entirely experienced in the meta-universe, it is anticipated that a new and interactive world will bring the users' sense of being in the natural world face to face with the one-to-one experience. In the meta-universe, a person miles away will be able to go to the movies with him, attend a concert or a party, and interact socially using the digital identities he has created. So, how will these encounters affect and transform the old and settled cultures, particularly indigenous cultures, which societies have dragged for centuries? The study includes a comprehensive and systematic literature review, and a comprehensive evaluation focused on the world we will live in and the transforming and changing culture.
