Abstract :The article is devoted to research of history of the Samanids dynasty, ruled in the end IX - X centuries AD as deputies over Khurasan and Маwara’ al-nahr in structure of the ‘Аbbasid caliphate. In particular, such questions, as origin of the Samanids, administrative system, a legal status, external communications of the Samanids, and also culture of peoples of Central Asia during epoch of the Samanids are considered.
