Abstract :This study examines the effects of individual and household related characteristics and job context attributes on individuals’ attitudes towards telecommuting. The sample comprised 664 IT professionals working in Istanbul. Results suggest that individual, household related characteristics and job context attitudes influence individuals’ attitudes towards telecommuting.
