Abstract :ÖZET Amaç: Bu çalışmada Yozgat ili Bozok Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi (BÜTF) Hastanesi Psikiyatri Polikliniği’ne başvuran hastaların tanılara göre oranları, hastaların yaş ortalamaları, cinsiyete göre dağılımı, son iki yıl içerisinde başvuru sayısındaki değişikliğin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: BÜTF Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesi Psikiyatri Polikliniği’ne 2016 ve 2017 yıllarında başvuruda bulunan hastaların tanı, yaş, cinsiyet bilgileri bilgisayar kayıtlarından taranarak tanılara göre hastalık oranları, yaş ortalamaları hesaplanmıştır. Bulgular: 2017 yılında psikiyatri polikliniğine başvuran hasta sayısı 2016 yılındaki başvuru sayısına göre %8,7 artmıştır. Cinsiyet dağılımına bakıldığında hastaların %36,0’ı erkek, %64,0’ı kadınlardan oluşmaktadır. Depresyon bütün başvurular içinde %44,2 ile en sık konulan tanıyı oluşturuyordu. Depresyondan sonra en sık başvuruyu %23,3 ile anksiyete bozukluğu grubu oluşturmaktaydı. Şizofreni oranı %4,7; bipolar affektif bozukluk oranı %5,1’di. Obsesif kompulsif bozukluk oranı %4,0 dikkat eksikliği hiperaktivite bozukluğu (DEHB) oranı %1,2 idi. Demans, travma sonrası stres bozukluğu, uyku bozuklukları, mental retardasyon, cinsel işlev bozukluğu, alkol ve madde kullanım bozukluklarının başvuru oranları her biri için %1’in altındaydı. Hastalara uygulanan psikometrik testlerin oranı 2017 yılında 2016 yılına göre %32,7 artmıştı. Sonuç: Hangi hastaların daha çok yardım talebinde bulunduğu ve az sayıda başvuru yapan hastalıkların bilinmesi Yozgat iline özel ruh sağlığı politikaları geliştirilmesine katkı sağlayabilir. Anahtar Sözcu¨kler: Anksiyete; Depresyon; Ruhsal hastalıklar ABSTRACT Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the rate of patients who applied to Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic of Bozok University Faculty of Medical (BUFM) Hospital in Yozgat Province, according to the diagnosis, the average of age, sex distribution, and the number of applications within the last two years. Material and Methods: The diagnosis, age and sex data of the patients who were addmitted to BUFM psychiatry outpatient clinic in 2016-2017 were scanned from computer records and calculated the disease rates and age averages according to the diagnosis. Results: The number of patients who applied to the psychiatry outpatient clinic in 2017 increased by 8.7% compared to the number of applications in 2016. Considering distribution of gender 36,0% of the patients were male and 64,0% were female. In all patients depression was the most common diagnosis with 44,2%. Anxiety disorders (23,3%) were the most frequent admissions after depression. Schizophrenia rate was 4,7%; bipolar affective disorder rate was 5,1; obsessive compulsive disorder rate was 4,0%; attention deficit hyperactivity disorder rate was 1,2%. The rates of dementia, posttraumatic stress disorder, sleep disturbances, mental retardation, sexual dysfunction, alcohol and substance use disorders were less than 1% for each one. The proportion of psychometric tests applied to the patients increased by 32.7% in 2017 compared to 2016. Conclusions: Knowing which patients require more help and diagnosis which apply less can contribute to the development of special mental health policies in Yozgat Province.
