Abstract :Dentigerous cysts are the second most common odontogenic cysts after radicular cysts. The incidence of the disease was reported to be between the range of 9-38 % in literature. Dentigerous cysts may cause bone resorption and may manifest in invasions to adjacent anatomical regions like the maxillary sinus and the nasal cavity. This study presents a case of a 35-year-old male patient with an odontogenic cyst expanding to the maxillary sinus that appeared to be a nasal mass.
