Abstract :Büyük Güllücek is a village of about 60 houses and 350 inhabitants, belonging to the central district of the province of Çorum and situated about 15 km north of Alacahüyük in a wooded country. The inhabitants, although knowing Kurdish, speak Turkish well, too ; they are Sunnites. They have settled here about 200 years ago.
