Abstract :The main reason for the existence of informal payments in the health care of Kyrgyzstan is the low wage. The lack of a competent system of remuneration generates personnel problems. In health care, the Kyrgyz Republic applies a timeless wage system, having a number of significant flaws. The main source of financial resources of the state health system remains the state budget. The funds allocated by the state are mainly used to treat preferential patients and financing the provision of medical services, is largely transferred to the citizens themselves. Replacing free help with paying services, in the absence of state regulation, acts as a spontaneous addition to the market price, which is impossible to cancel or destroy. According to the results of the survey, it is established that high-quality treatment can be obtained only by paying for treatment. In production, the material promotion fund is formed by profits. In health care, the legalization of paid services will be a real source of wage to the wage of health workers.
