Abstract :On the civilizational path of human development, society goes through a number of critical stages, moving from simple steps to higher ones, enriching and renewing itself. Resources, conditions, factors, technologies and ways of life are changing. These changes should be noticed in a timely manner and should find themselves in the processes of vital activity. New laws and patterns will be defined, reflecting the interrelation of all aspects of human society. Methodological approaches to research should be adequate to the new realities of life.
