Abstract :The input-output table includes flows of goods and services, which reflects production at the level of individual sectors. Thus, it becomes possible to conduct a detailed analysis of production relationships and compare the results with different years. The findings of the analysis can be useful for the formation of economic policy and development strategy. Given paper based on input-output analysis and used input-output tables prepared for the years 2005, 2010 and 2015 by The National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyz Republic. Based on these tables, production relationships for the specified period studied by the calculated coefficients of the forward and backward effect, an index of forward and backward effect and the degree of their distribution. The results are as follows: for fifteen years, economy has been functioning in poor conditions; together with the lack of interaction between sectors, economy is not integrated; there were external dependence in production structure. It is notable that there no significant shifts in the structure of the economy of Kyrgyzstan over the specified period. Keywords : input-output table, inter-sectoral relations, economy of Kyrgyzstan
