Abstract :The article considers options for reforming the structure of management and regulation in the energy sector of the Kyrgyz Republic. The energy sector is one of the main budget-forming sectors of our country's economy. The well-coordinated and precise work of the industry creates conditions not only for its development, but also for the growth of the welfare of the population. In this regard, an effective governance and regulatory framework for the energy industry is fundamental to technical and economic development. Therefore, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic has set tasks to transform the management structure of the industry in order to conduct a successful domestic and foreign energy policy of the country.
