Abstract :Thesis provides an analysis of existing trade regimes based on the documents adopted by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, in particular: Export development programs of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015-2022; Report of the working group on the accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the World Trade Organization and work on stimulating the export of national products in frame of trade preferences provided to the Kyrgyz Republic by the GSP and the European Union; Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union and bilateral trade relations. Recommendations on improving the export policy of the Kyrgyz Republic are presented, with emphasis on the adoption of systematic political decisions that have been developed following discussions and consultations with members of the Working Group on foreign trade of the Parliament of KR and stakeholders.
