Abstract :Sports achievements that raise the ranking of countries in the world, determine many factors. The article considers the factor of rational nutrition, to which more and more attention is paid when training athletes. Rations are developed for both individual sports and for competitions as well as training. The object of our attention is the traditional Kok-Boru sport game in Central Asia, which is very popular in Kyrgyzstan. This is an equestrian game that requires a lot of physical effort and endurance. Improper eating habits can have a negative effect on the maintenance and maintenance of fitness. Studies have shown that nutritional problems usually arise from inadequate fluid intake and important components of a good diet. The result is a decrease in speed, endurance and concentration.
