Abstract :The main aim of this study was initially to identify training needs of corporate and operational levels in medium and large-sized businesses in Kyrgyzstan. In this context, it was administered face-to-face interviews with totally 294 business owners or managers who were simply random sampled in 7 different regions in Kyrgyzstan, using structured questionnaire. With respect to the obtained results, it was identified more than 30 training sets from 6 different main subjects of busi-ness and management issues. Keywords : Private Sector, Education, Kyrgyzstan
