Abstract :Financial Credit Service System of the Agro-Industrial Sector is devoted to stimulate produc-tion efficiency, structural reconstruction and adaptation of commodity producers to the activity in the new market environment, the development market infrastructure, to support some important productivity and objects, to create conditions for the normal competition on the foreign and local markets.
