Abstract :This study investigated the vitamin contents and health benefits of nine wild plants consumed as food, medicine, or animal feed in and around Elazığ and Malatya, Turkey. The study introduced Rheum ribes, Gundelia tournefortii, Tragopogon reticulatus, Urtica dioica, Asphodelus aestivus, Medicago sativa, Nasturtium officinale, Mentha pulegium, and Capsella pastoris.
