Abstract :A pair of ovaries of A. ibsilon, at the beginning of the last instar larvae, are spindle shaped. Eacb of them inciudes four ovarioles. Ovarioles are covered by some coats. Although profollicular celIs and germ cells exist in the ovarioles, the oocytes and the nurse cells are not stili distinguishable. Among the germ cells that are being divided successively to produce the oocytes and the nurse cehs, there are intercellular bridges which are full of fusome material. The fine structure of ovaries is given with the electronmicrographs. Keywords : FINE STRUCTURE, OVARIUM, INSTAR LARVAE
