Abstract :A new epigean species? Roncus khorasanicus sp.n.-is described on the basis of the description of the adult stage males found in north-eastern Iran. A detailed description of the selected morphological characters and accurate illustrations of several diagnostic characters of the new species are provided. Moreover, an identification key to the species of the family Neobisiidae from Iran is presented.Keywords : Arachnida, fauna, new species, taxonomy, leaf litter, western Asia
