Abstract :Paragangliomas and pheochromocytomas are rare tumors originating in chromaffin cells which are predominantly located in adrenal glands. This tumor is generally bilateral and much more rarely seen in pediatric patients. Sustained or paroxysmal hypertension is the most frequent sign of paragangliomas /pheochromocytoma.
