Abstract :The aim of this research was to determine for protein content and some mineral compositions of bean genotypes in The Central Anatolian (Sarayönü and Çumra) ecological condidations. In this study, 19 bean genotypes (12 lines, 5 populations and 2 cultivars) were used as material. The experiment was arranged in the "Randomized Blocks Experimental” design with three replications in two different locations (Sarayönü and Çumra). According to the results of the research, statistically significant differences were found between genotypes and loca-tions with respect of the protein content. As the mean of genotypes and locations of protein content was 23.83%. The highest protein content (25.13%) of the mean of genotypes was obtained at the Çumra locations. In the mean of loca-tions, the highest protein content (26.60 %) was obtained from PV5 genotype. As results, it was obtained that, PV5, PV4 and PV16 genotypes had the highest protein content and were suitable to grown in Central Anatolian egolocigal codita-tions.Keywords : Fasulye, protein oranı, mineral oranları
