Abstract :In experiments in which the effects of different planting times (September 25th, October 15, November 5, February 26 and April 14) on pathogenicity of wheat bunt disease were explored, it was established that in the planting implemented on November 5th, 2003 (the third planting time), the disease was higher than other planting times (88.96 %), whereas in the planting implemented on September 25th,2003 (the first planting time),the disease appeared the lowest (0.90 %). On the other hand, when the effects of five different fungicides (Dinicanozole,Carbendazim, Tebucanozole, Carboxin, and Maneb) on bunt disease were studied, it was found that all these chemicals were up to 100 % effective against bunt disease. On the issue of the effects of three different typies of inoculation (artificial seed inoculation, soil inoculation and natural seed inoculation) and their different inoculum densities on the pathogenicity of bunt disease, the differences between artificial and soil inoculum densities were found to be insignificant, while the differences between natural inoculum densities were found significant. Keywords : Ekim zamanı, inokulasyon tipi, fungisit, Buğday, Tilletia foetida
