Abstract :This research was carried in Holstein cows, raised in 17 dairy herds enrolled in İzmir Holstein Breeders Associa-tion. It was estimated that phenotypic correlations between type traits and some milk yield criterions such as 100-day milk yield, 200 day-milk yield, 305 day milk yield and lactation milk yield. Generally, in lactation number 1 and ≥ 2, milk yield criterions were found significant (P<0.05) correlation with body depth, dairy form, rump width, rear udder height, rear udder width, udder cleft, udder depth and rear leg rear view. Milk yield criterions were not found signifi-cant correlation with foot angle, fore udder attachment, front teat placement and teat length. Major classification cate-gories were found significant correlation with milk yield criterions (P<0.05).Keywords : Siyah Alaca, dış görünüş özellikleri, süt verimi, fenotipik korelasyon
