Abstract :In this study, the effects of NeemAzal T/S including azadirachtin derived from Azadirachta indica A. Juss and fruit-methanol extract of Melia azedarach L. against the biological stages of Two spotted spider mite [Tetranychus urticae Koch (Acarina : Tetranychidae)] were determined in laboratory conditions. The leaf dipping method was applied to eggs, immatures and adult stages of Tetranychus urticae in order to determine the effects of the preparations and differ-ent dosages and concentrations at different application durations. The studies were carried out at 25±2 ºC, 60±10 RH and 16 hours of photoperiod. There was no effect of both preparations on the egg hatching ratio. The effect of M. azed-arach concentrations of 5%, 10 and 15 against the immature stages were determined as 4.74%, 15.74 and 16.68, against the adult stage. These values were recorded as 10.38%, 14.20 and 15.90, respectively. The effecets of M. azeda-rach to and according to application times were determined as 4.48% and 22.27% for immatures and 2.67% and 26.48% for females as the least in first days and the highest in sixth days for both aplications, respectively. The effect of the NeemAzal T/S of dosages 20, 40, 60 and 80 ppm to the immatures were determined for the first day as 0.00%, 12.00%, 26.00%, 32.44%, and for sixth days as 40.47%, 100.00, 94.00 and 100.0. These values for the adults were for the first day as 4.22%, 0.00%, 8.72%, 16.00%, and for eight days as 20.57%, 96.67, 100.00 and 100.00, respectively. Moreover 40%, 60 and 80 ppm dosages of NeemAzal T/S, females laid less egg and the effects were 40.54%, 68.98 and 76.79 less for each concentration, respectively. Keywords : Tetranychus urticae Koch, Fasulye, NeemAzal T/S, Azadirachta indica, Melia azedarach
