Abstract :This research was conducted to determine the optimum sowing density of Camelina [Camelina sativa (L.) Crantz] in Konya ecological conditions. Field trials were made according to "Factorial Design in Randomized Blocks” with three replications in Konya during 2013. The population characterized camelina seeds were sown in 4 row spaces (10, 15, 20 and 25 cm) and 4 row distance (2, 3, 4 and 5 cm) to determine the important agronomic characteristics. According to the results, the highest seed yield (144.36 kg da-1) was taken from 10 cm of row space and 3 cm of row distance while the lowest yield (9.20 kg da-1) was on the 25 cm of row space and 5 cm of row distance. Besides those, the highest oil ratio was 23.9 % on the 10 cm of row space and 2 cm of row distance while the lowest oil ratio (19.72 %) was on the 20 cm of row space and 5 cm of row distance. The highest oil yield was 34.68 kg da-1 on the 10 cm of row space and 2 cm of row distance and the lowest oil yield (2.19 kg da-1 ) was on the 25 cm of row space and 5 cm of row distance. Keywords : Ekim Sıklıklarının, Ketencik [Camelina sativa (L.)
